Fight Gone Bad began as a fundraising event in 2006. From those humble beginnings and with the support of the CrossFit community, we’ve proven what a small, totally committed group of people can accomplish. The first four editions of Fight Gone Bad have raised a combined total of more than $2 million.
Fight Gone Bad 5 opens its arms to benefit three charities this year: LIVESTRONG, Wounded Warrior Project and the CrossFit Foundation.

Next “On Ramp” begins on
Sep 30, 2010
To ensure that all clients have the best experience/workout possible, all new CrossFit Willow Glen clients will be required to take "On Ramp" Classes to learn some of the more technical movements and experience CrossFit without the pressure of time/weight requirements. These classes are geared to build on each other so that after the completion of the On Ramp program clients will have worked on all of the functional movements that will be experienced in a typical CrossFit class and will slowly build up fitness levels so that the clients can easily slide into the regularly scheduled classes with confidence.
Cost of On Ramp: $150
# of Sessions: 11
Members must make 80% of the scheduled Classes, as they build on each other. If this isn't possible the Member can schedule to "make-up" a missed session with a Trainer at a reduced hourly fee of $45.
The On Ramp classes are on Tuesday and Thursday 7-8pm. Members are also encouraged to attend the Open Saturday Class from 9-10am.
