While we believe that CrossFit is the best way to achieve most fitness goals, there are times that Personal Training might be the best option such as:
* Sport Specific Goals: Sometimes we need to focus on a specific weakness to improve our sport. Because CrossFit "specializes in not specializing" an athlete may require the
workouts to be more specific to their goals.
* Injury Recovery: CFWG is referred by local physicians/chiropractors to assist in the recovery of their clients. Personal Training can ensure the athlete stays focussed on their recovery with
the end goal being to jump into the CrossFit classes at some point without having to worry about re-injury and with a greater understanding of why the injury occurred and how best to keep it from
happening again.
* Travel Schedules: For those that travel we offer "on the road" type of Programming and Nutrition.
* Don't like training in a group?: Some people want to experience CrossFit but, even after talking to the Coaches and seeing the gym, aren't quite comfortable or ready to experience it in a
group setting. We understand that training in a Group setting isn't for everyone so offering Private Training allows people to CrossFit on their own while under the guidance of a Coach.
Rates: $70 per hour or $600 for a package of 10 Sessions
