400M Run, and again, and again

On Ramp Classes!:  We have 4 spots left for the new On Ramp that started tonight - if you know of someone that has been curious or interested in becoming fit we have room for them to jump into On Ramp!  Our next class will be Tuesday at 7pm so we encourage them to show up this Saturday to try it out and then if they like they can get signed up!


Today’s WOD:

For 20 minutes:
Run 400 meters
Rest precisely the time of the previous run
Post distance to comments.


This is the situation where a clock face helps me out more than a digital timer - I couldn’t for the life of me figure out my times after the first run - blame it on Brain Shunt!

Just started with Crossfit WG, and attended the first On Ramp this past Thursday! It was great! Today (Sat), I’m sort of having a hard time walking…thanks Audra! See you Tuesday….
