Chalk where?

There is a saying in most gyms:  “The chalk trail will always lead to a gym rookie”.  Don’t be a Rookie!!  Chalk belongs in only 2 places - the chalk bucket and a little bit on your hand.

5 Rounds for Time of:

3 Clean Pulls
3 Power Cleans
3 Push Press
3 Push Jerk
3 Good Mornings
Rest 2 minutes between each round
Weight should be a medium weight
