20 Burpees
10 Pistols (5 each side)

Then: 15 minutes of Goal/Technique work


On ramp # 7 yet another great learning experience - not really about the exercises, but learned, well, relearned, that I can still push my limit with the right motivation. Will only keep improving from here on.
