CrossFit Total

Wow!  I don’t know about you but I had a GREAT day watching everyone really get after the CrossFit Total!!  I don’t think ANYONE didn’t actually go for their “true” max today! 

I would love it if you would post your thoughts on CrossFit Total today!!

Back Squat
Shoulder Press
Deadlift


SO BUMMED I missed this one…had to recuperate from Mon & Tues WODs.  Hope you have this class again as I would absolutely LOVE to go after my max!

Crossfit Total: 419 ... kinda bummed about my lame shoulder press ... ooo well

The Crossfit Total was awesome! Had a great time, 710 total (last PR was 675), PRd my back squat and shoulder press, no juice left for the deadlift but managed to match my last attempt.

The ability to measure your progress is another thing I love about Crossfit.
