Push Press - first rule - move head (i.e. nose) out of the way of the bar! Jen - good to know you are keeping that bar on a vertical path upwards!!!

Hey Jen,
Your’e not suppose to take “no pain, no gain” literally! Smile. Missed sweating w/ you today…get better soon!
Although Ricky is pretty bad a$$, he only push pressed 33# not 83#. Good job everyone…this one was crazy!!! Hope your feeling better Jen. Way to kick some butt Patrice!
Geez Jen, way to get out of one uber-tough wod! Hope you aren’t hurting too badly! It was so inspiring watching Emily, Cherry and Ricky kick this one while I tried to recover. You three rock!
Did I spill the first blood? Note to self….Keep eyes open when doing the push press, Move head. I thought I broke my nose…All is good just sore to touch. I will be back at it Monday at 6am.
note to self buy some instant ice packs
jen you were tearing it up on those high box jumps till you started closing your eyes on the PP. rest up. everyone was stepping up their game on the box jumps, weight on the PP, and pull ups. keep at it.
