DB Snatch/Lunge

Today’s WOD:

Strength:  4x6 Barbell Row

then:

10 DB Power Snatch (5 each side)
20 Russian Lunge (Alternating)
x4
then immediately run 400M

Afterwards: 3 Sets of 15 Situps


Here’s another one that looks pretty tame on the wall, and then kicks your butt! Thanks Steve! I can’t feel my a—.
