I am almost ready to come back!! I can row, do step ups (working up to 12 inches), and I can almost do a legit 90 degree body weight squat. I think two more weeks of PT and I’ll be ready.
I am SO happy to hear things are going so well! I was thinking about you yesterday and wondering when I was going to see you back! Make sure to talk to the PT about what they want to you continue and what they want you to stay away from for awhile so we know how to program for you! I know you are going to be killing it a few months from now - Nick totally needs the competition - right Nick!?!?

I am going to try to come Saturday morning. I’ll definitely have to modify, but I have been craving a kick-in-the-pants workout. I had a dream a few nights ago that I was doing box jumps!!! How funny is that!
