this surprised me.  last time i did this workout my time was 35 mins, this time i finished the work in 14:49

great improvement Eden!  I did it in 16:18, shaved a minute off of my last time.  I’m trying to get rid of a hop that I do before each double under, but its been slow.

Thanks Nick, i just started to do double unders right from the start, and didnt stop. i didnt have any hops inbetween, practice that.
