Goal: the result or achievement toward which effort is directed
EVERYONE, I repeat EVERYONE, will be posting a 3 month goal on our Goal Board. The world (ok, just CFWG) will see it and expect you to meet your goal. The goal should be specific and should be fitness related (losing weight is a great side effect of fitness goals). Think about it for the next few days because I will be putting everyone on the spot at the end of the week and your goal should be one that you have put some thought into and are passionate about.
Tracking: to set down in writing or the like, as for the purpose of preserving evidence.
EVERYONE should be tracking their workouts daily. That way you can see marked improvements or lack thereof and make necessary changes to continue your improvements (progress). I will ask each of you in the coming weeks how you are tracking your workouts….
Ways to track:
Keep a Journal: We will have a box kept under the front counter where you can keep your log. There should be a specific area for you to keep your 1 Rep Max and Times for some of the specific WODs.
Update the Record Board that will be installed in the gym this week.
Post to Comments: This is a great way to post your WODs. When we have a repeat WOD you can easily go back and compare to that day and you can do it anytime you are online, which for most of us is 80% of the time!
I have a lot of CF goals, but based on today’s DL 1RM performance, lifting 200+ would make me happy.
