HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY!!!!

Ok! I’m kicking it off! Today may have not been the best day to start a LBN challenge, but I’ll get on track!
Food Log:
Pre-workout: 3 almonds, 1/3 banana, 1 oz cheese
Breakfast: 2 hardboiled egges, the rest of the banana, 6 almonds
snack: 3 almonds, 1 cup celery, 1/2 cup of grapes, 1oz cheese
lunch: Salad! spinach and arugala with tomato, cucumber, celery, green onions, chicken, avocado and feta cheese with scratch olive oil and balsamic dressing and about 5 croutons
1/2 cup of grapes, one square dark dove chocolate
snack: 6oz cottage cheese, 1/2 grapefruit
So far so good! Then dinner…
Mexican restaurant carne asada plate…with black beans, a little rice, guacomole, lettuce/tomato, a few chips, and a beer… :-( not horrible, but not great.
THEN…I went to a concert and had 3 MORE BEERS! ARGH!

Ok, day one. At least I worked out! grin

Ok so I never got a email with a blog site so I am just gonna post day 1 LBNC and im keeping a journal for you too.
Breakfast-3 blocks 1 egg 2 egg whites 1 cup blackberries 2/3cup raspberries 3 tbsp avacado
Snack 1 block-1/2 cup blueberries 1oz organic beef jerkey 3 almonds
Lunch-3 blocks 2oz deli ham 1oz deli turkey 1-apple, lettuce to wrap meat up in and 11/2 tsp peanut butter
Snack-2 blocks 2oz organic beef jerkey 1 cup blackberries 6 cashews
Dinner- taco salad-lettuce 3oz ground turkey 3 tbsp avacodo and a little salsa and 1 cup strawberries
