I started the on-ramp class in January of this year. Go New Year’s Resolutions!
I was definitely in a rut when I started. Not interested in going to the gym, trying to get motivated to train for a half marathon, and definitely not really watching what I ate.
Now that I have been Crossfitting for 6 MONTHS! I feel and look great. I can’t say I’ve lost ANY weight, but I have toned up, gained so much strength, and am definitely motivated. I wouldn’t have fathomed a pull-up in 2009.
I am happy with my progress. Although I always want to see that verification on the scale, I know I look and feel better, and enjoy working out now. I am definitely stronger. I really appreciate the team spirit that CrossfitWG embodies, the variety of the workouts, and the attention of the trainers. It’s like another family!
