The decision has been made!!!! Congrats to Kelley and Nick on their AMAZING changes! Since I don’t want to be shot for posting the Before & After Pictures the next best thing is the measurements! I am posting the results for everyone that completed the challenge - everyone did SO GREAT - a total of 41” lost!!!!! We will definitely do this again in a couple of months! In talking to everyone, those that lost the most in inches were those that really focussed on their nutrition and also had other positive results: way more energy, got stronger, and felt a lot better overall. That can easily be you!!!

Great Job Everyone! I can’t remember what my measurements were and how much I lost, but my clothes are definitely looser and I finally bought me some “skinny” jeans! This challenge is exactly what I needed to get ready for my 10 yr reunion after having a baby. And besides performing better at my WODs, feeling better after the WODS, I gained some great knowledge and developed good, healthy eating habits for a better lifestyle!
Congrats Nick & Kelly!!! Way to go!! You guys are proof that discipline & hard work = results…and you look GREAT! Becca, you’re a beast! Great job-I’m sure you look fabulous in those skinny jeans!
This WOD was tough but I got through focusing on the best C&Js; I could muster @ 53#s & managed 4 rounds+4 C&Js;. Man, am I sore today! :-D
Woooooooo Hoooooo! Hooray for Kelley and for Nick and for everyone who participated in this challenge. While I can’t say that you look better naked, because that would be awkward, I can say that you all look great!!!
