Memorial Weekend Schedule

CLASS SCHEDULE FOR THE MEMORIAL WEEKEND:

SATURDAY - 9AM ONLY
MONDAY - 7AM AND 6PM   PLEASE SIGN UP ON BOARD IN GYM IF YOU PLAN TO ATTEND EITHER OF THESE.

Today’s WOD:

Barbell Bent Row 3x10
Turkish Getups - 5 each side x2

then

12-10-8
1 arm DB Power Clean + Push Press
Broad Jump
1 arm Overhead Squat
Pushup
*Cycle through each round twice - left arm then right arm


20:11.  this one was tough, but good full body workout.
