I wasn’t able to make it back for the special WOD - Crossfit Total. I’m really upset about it. Do you think we can have it again (soon) for those that didn’t make it today? Thanks!!!!

Really enjoyed this WOD!! Another butt kicking…took my time concentrating on technique & finished w/a time that I was happy with! 25:02 I think. Thanks!
