Becca showed up with family in tow to get her WOD in and did the Mom thing while doing the CrossFit thing - impressive!  And Maks is already becoming a CrossFitter!

Today’s WOD:

5 Pushups
10 Situps
15 Squats
Add one rep each to each for each round up to 20 Minutes.  Post highest number of squats you get to.


Hey guys! So after the workout today, my keys went missing. I’m thinking someone mistakenly picked them up as there own. No big deal at all BUT I would totally appreciate you guys looking through your stuff and whatnot because my classroom keys are on there and unfortunately those are irreplaceable without a hefty fee (typical california public school). Thanks so much guys! I really really really appreciate it!

Yep, Maks definitely loves Crossfit!  Thanks for letting me bring the kiddos with me.  I really “needed” this workout!
