Sarah, we got through our 1 burpee!  only 99 more days left.  at 3 times per week, I’m guessing i will be done by Halloween…

I told my co-worker I did 11 pullups on Friday and he didn’t believe me.  Today he bet me $10 I couldn’t do it.  There happens to be a pullup bar in the gym in my office building, so we went up there and I did 12 for him (I was even wearing work attire)
