Potential Class Additions - Please provide Feedback!

REMINDER!!!  Our 1 Year Anniversary is coming up and we are going to have a CELEBRATION!  Please block your calendar for 10am-4pm on Saturday March 13th!!!  Additional details to follow, but I can tell you that there will be a fun workout, lots of food and lots of drink!!  Families and children are more than welcome!!  Come and celebrate with your “CrossFit Family”!!!

We are growing - FAST!  So, we are considering adding some additional classes in the coming months and would like to get your feedback!

Currently our 8:30am and 6pm classes are pretty busy.  We want to remind you that if you prefer smaller classes our 7am and 7pm are usually on the light side.

We would like to get feedback on whether any of the times listed below would appeal to you:

5am M-W-F or T-Th
8am - Saturdays
12pm M-W-F or T-Th

We will continue to manage class sizes and offer as many classes as needed to make sure that you all have the elbow room you need!

1RM - Power Clean


Mercy me, 5AM is too early!! But you know I’d love to see a Sat 8:00 class. 12:00 doesn’t fit my current schedule.

88# was my power cleans sweet spot today.

I’m down with a Saturday 8am.  12pm classes might be an option too, especially TTh.

83# is where I landed for power cleans.  Maybe the 88# will be my next goal?

Sat @ 8 is a good time (though I’d probably still come @ 9…sleep is good wink) Will perhaps eventually transition into any of the 12PM classes in August because of the new school.
PR’d w/ 73#...failed miserably w/the 78# 3 times but will get there!

I could totally do 5am ... is it bizarre that I have raptor arms right now after this workout and cannot extend them ... just curious

Lindsey - after the pullups and now the pullups Raptor arms, while they TOTALLY suck, are a possibility!  Consider it a great diet plan - if you can’t get food to your mouth, you will lose weight!  I have totally been there!

Oh, please do!  Add the 5 a.m. M, W, F or at least an 8 p.m. evening class, so that I can join the Crossfit Willow Glen family.  Saturday at 8 a.m. is also a great idea.

5am?!?!?  You guys are SICK!  And not “sick” in the Santa Cruz meaning of the word, but sick in the bad way. :D

8am on Saturdays would be sweet.

Getting in my comment late…I would love a 5am class. Can’t guarantee I can make it EVERY time, but right now the morning is out since I have to be at work too early!
