Saturday WOD

Great Turn out today!!  Typical Saturday - great energy, new and old athletes mixin it up, and everyone survived!  Always a good time!

WOD:

AMRAP in 20 Minutes:

5 Push Up
10 Jump Squats
15 Half Moons
KB Swings


6 rounds w/ 25lb HMs and 55# KBs (and now I’m walking like an old man!)
