UPDATE ON BRIAN…
For those of you who don’t know, Brian hurt himself on Saturday doing a performance at a black belt show.
So…he’s going in for surgery tomorrow morning. He has a ruptured achilles. He’s doing fine. We’ll keep you updated more, but it looks like he’ll be out of commission for 10 weeks and then after that he’ll be able to rehab. So needless to say it’s going to be a long process but I’m sure he’ll appreciate some good spirits his way. He’ll be back to crossfit in about a week and will still be supporting you guys 
Emily, I just learned about Brian and I’m shocked! That’s what I get for taking a break from the gym. Please give B a big rehab hug for me. I hope the surgery was successful.
Yikes Brian! Get better. I hope your surgery went well and you are not in pain.
