10 DB Snatch (5 Each Side)
10 DB Push Press (5 Each Side)
10 DB OHS (5 Each Side)
20 second rest after each round
What I looked like trying to do those DB OHS’? Talk about awkward! What a great WOD though. Feeling it in a good way today!
