Nick’s 48” Box Jump! Way to go!
I don’t know what it was about this week, but more than a few “Wow - look at how that person has changed!” moments! Nick getting a 48” Box Jump, Michelle doing a ton of pullups with the green band (used to be she couldn’t do a few with the black band), a BUNCH of people doing max box jumps during a workout that used to have a max of 12” doing 22” like it was nothing, legit pushups and lots of them in a row….and that is just naming a few.
Take a moment and think about how you used to feel, how you feel now and more importantly how far you have come!!!! We have just been around a little over 1 year and the changes are many - keep them coming and be super proud of where you are at right now! You do workouts that most people can’t even comprehend doing!

50 Double Unders
25 Situps

btw, i’ve tried my whole life and have not been able to do the ‘asian squat’...maybe I should put that on the goal board…

A very impressive box jump!!!! As for the workout…. I survived, barely.
