The CrossFit Way in 50 Words

A couple of times per week I go online to check on something CrossFit related and it will invariably lead to my being sucked into “laptop land” for a couple of hours….which usually means I end up at various CrossFit affiliate websites.  I love to see what the other affiliates are doing, saying, etc. and many times I come away with a great tidbit of information to share with everyone at CFWG!  That is why I love being a part of the CF family! 

Today, I ended up at the CrossFit Santa Cruz site (http://www.crossfitsantacruz.com) and came across the following.  I think this is something that we should all read and ponder for a couple of minutes….good stuff!

The CrossFit Way in 50 words by Greg and Mallee Amundson

Let’s never forget why we chose CrossFit!  It challenges us and many times feels like it defeats us….but if we don’t give in to those feelings and come back for more we are the winners in so many different ways! 
SO - HAVE A POSITIVE MENTAL ATTITUDE AND THE FITNESS/STRENGTH WILL FOLLOW - GUARANTEED!

OHS 33-43-53-63-73-83-93F this sequence was definitely a PR for me. Think 63 was my max last summer and 100 has been my goal so I’m almost there.
