10 Overhead Squat with Stick
10 KB Swing
Run to Mailbox and Back with Plate Overhead (M:45#, W:25#)


the W.O.D wasn’t too bad.  but the warmup - doing 550 jumping jacks killed my calves… cant really walk today..

Our warm up is your workout. 550 jacks AND 55 burpees.
Thank you Cherry for the attention you paid to my OH
squats. Made a big difference for my WOD the next day.
